ABOUT THE TRAINER

Dolores Merrell, M.A., M.B.A.

Dolores has over eighteen years experience in the mortgage industry. She is well respected for her ability to train individuals from various backgrounds to become successful Loan Officers.

Her professional background includes working in sales and sales management. In her previous company she was instrumental in expanding the firm into forty states. As a result, that business was listed in Inc.'s Fastest Growing Companies. Dolores was later involved in the acquisition of this company by a NASDAQ firm. There she continued to be involved in training, compliance, and product development. Dolores has developed an intensive training program to educate and empower Loan Officers. This program is now available to your company.

Dolores is an approved provider for Continuing Education for the state of Maryland, Ohio, Indiana and is pending approval in other states. In addition, she has been an instructor at Temple University's Institute of Real Estate.
